  • Created a new shine bottoms business, growing over 3 years.

  • Sales are 8+ million.

Strategy

  • Working on a long-lead pipeline (20 weeks) to develop different levels of shine, from high shine to dull.

  • Developing colourways to work in relation to the dyed fabric (not always tonal!).

Development

  • Working closely with the mill partner in-country on reviewing and developing the concept.

  • Set up an internal wear trail (in collab with the QA Team).

Customer Needs

  • Evolving the shine to be ombre.
